Egg fried rice in Korean style is one of my favourite recipe whenever I have very little time to prepare meals. It took me just 5 mins to cook a steamy hot and delicious bowl of egg fried rice!
1. Mix the 2 eggs in the steamed rice.
2. In a wok, heat some oil and add the minced spring onions.
3. Add the rice mixed with the eggs and fry, add soy sauce and stir well.
4. To serve in a plate, put the rice in a bowl to form a half-ball shape, and return it on the plate.
