This is a very simple way to make cucumber, radish and carrots pickles. To use as side dish with pork satay, Lao sandwich, wrapping with BBQ or eating with Pho.
1. Slice or shred all vegetables as you like, put them in a bowl of ice or put in the fridge to make them crunchy.
2. Have a small pot to boil water, add sugar, salt, and white vinegar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool to temperature room.
3. Once it's cold, pour into the vegetable bowl. Mix well and it's ready to eat. Always keep cold to keep vegetables fresh and crunchy!
