Vietnamese sandwiches are a classic meal in the morning and easy to find in Laos and Vietnam. Each place has its own local recipe. Here is a delicious recipe to make at home.
1. Cut bite-sized-slices of Char Siu pork and Vietnamese pork sausages.
2. Heat the bread to make the crust warm and crunchy.
3. Spread the pate inside first, then add the char siu, pickled carrots and cucumber, followed by coriander and topping with dried-shredded-pork (moo foy). Enjoy!
Tips: You can add mayonnaise, chili sauce, chili paste or soy sauce if you like :)
