Wai Wai instant noodle is not only for making noodle soup. I would suggest you to try making this way like Spicy salad Lao style. So delicious and fresh.
1. Boil water with high heat, add green beans, morning glory, cabbage, and add the Wai wai noodles. Cook for about 2 minutes. Pour into a sieve and rinse with cold water to keep the noodles crunchy.
2. Use a mortar and pestle to pound chili, garlic, sugar, MSG and shrimp paste (Kapi). Add slices of tomato, squeezed lime juide, and add fermented fish sauce.
3. Finally add the vegetables and the noodles (suggest to also add the Wai wai seasoning and the chili package except the oil), use a pestle to gently pound everything together. Adjust to taste, topping with roasted peanuts and serve!
