1. Stir fry garlic with hot oil first, then add the chicken, season with fish sauce, sugar, thin soy sauce, oyster sauce. Stir fried on medium high heat until the chicken is cooked, usually for about 5 to 7 minutes. Add a bit of water if you see that it is too dry.
2. Add onions and carrots and stir together for about 1 minute. Then add Holy basil (bai ka-phao). Stir fry again and taste. Serve with steamed Jasmine rice and a fried egg on top.
