Pork fried rice is a classic menu of Asian family meal. Easy and fast to cook and the taste is also wonderful. See the recipe here.

Step 1. Put oil in the pan and fry garlic and onion until it become yellow.

Step 2. Add the pork, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and carrots. Stir fry until the meat is cooked.

Step 3. Add the eggs and stir fry quickly for about 10 second, then add the rice and mix well together. Keep stir frying on medium heat until the rice becomes a bit yellow.

Step 4. Taste it, then add the spring onion and ready to serve. Zap!
