This menu is very quick and easy to make. An easy upgrade from normal instant noodles to a delicious dish to share with friends and family.
1. Heat oil in a pan to stir fry garlic until it becomes yellow.
2. Add the squids and stir fry until it's cooked and no water remains and add oil again (if there is too much water from the squids, use a spoon to take it out).
3. Add noodles with yellow onions, following with seasoning powder (from the pack of noodle), oyster sauce, thin soy sauce, sugar, chili oil (phik phao). Stir fry all together quickly (on strong heat). Adjust the seasoning as you like. Then add sweet basil leaves. Turn of the fire and serve.
