Stir-fried curry crab

I've got some fresh crabs from the market. Let's make stir fried crab with curry :)

Preparation

1. In a bowl, mix the seasoning first by adding: eggs, milk, curry powder, oyster sauce, thin soy sauce, sugar, seasoning powder, Thai chili paste (Phik Phao). Mix them well together.

2. Heat a wok or a frying pan, add vegetable oil, garlic and red shallots. Stir until golden brown, then add crab and stir together and cover with the lid for about 3 to 5 minutes.​

3. Pour the sauce that was prepared in the bowl onto the crab. Stir fry quickly on high heat for about 1 to 2 minutes or until the egg is cooked. Adjust to taste, and serve! Zap :)
